The fastest way to reach us is email — one address, read by the people who build Quorello.
How to reach us
We keep this simple. Whatever you need, support@quorello.com is the right address — just tell us in the subject line what it's about so we can route it quickly.
- General questions & support — Stuck, curious, or hit something that doesn't look right? Email support@quorello.com. The more concrete you are — what you were trying to do, what you saw instead — the faster we can help.
- Privacy & data requests — For access, correction, deletion, or any GDPR/FADP request, write to support@quorello.com. Note that you don't need to wait on us to delete your account: self-service account deletion is available in-app under the account menu, and it removes your account and associated data directly.
- Security reports — Found a vulnerability? We welcome responsible disclosure. Email support@quorello.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue, and please give us a reasonable window to investigate and fix before disclosing publicly. We take these seriously and will keep you in the loop.
- Partnerships & speaking — Association CPD webinars, content collaborations, and partnership ideas are all welcome at support@quorello.com. Tell us who you are, your audience, and what you have in mind.
What to expect
We're an early-stage, deliberately lean operation, so email is answered directly rather than routed through a queue. That has a trade-off: we usually reply within a couple of business days, and sometimes a little longer when it's busy. We'd rather set that expectation honestly than promise a response time we can't keep.
If your message is time-sensitive, say so up front — it helps us prioritise.
Before you write
You may find a faster answer in one of these:
- Security — how Private mode, Zero Data Retention routing, and our privacy posture work, before you email us about them.
- Company — who we are, what Quorello is for, and the principles we build against.
Quorello is Swiss-built, and we care about doing right by the professionals who trust us with sensitive questions. If something we've written here doesn't hold up, tell us — we'd rather know.
