Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 May 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Quorello (“Quorello”, “we”, “us”), operated by [Operator name], governing your use of our website and service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Quorello lets you send a single prompt to several third-party AI models at once, view their responses side by side, and read a synthesized “Consensus” summary of where they agree and differ. The Service relies on third-party AI providers to generate responses.
3. Beta service and changes
The Service is provided on an evolving, beta basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we may impose or modify usage limits.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person; do not share your credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or infringe anyone’s rights, including intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- submit or generate unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative content;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service except as permitted by law;
- circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls;
- resell or commercially redistribute the Service without our permission;
- use the outputs to develop a competing AI model or service; or
- violate the usage policies of the underlying AI providers.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
7. AI outputs — important disclaimer
Responses are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date, biased, or otherwise inappropriate (“hallucinations” are possible). The “Consensus” summary is itself AI-generated and may misrepresent the underlying answers. Outputs do not constitute professional advice (including legal, medical, financial, or tax advice). You are solely responsible for evaluating and using outputs, and you should independently verify anything important before relying on it.
8. Third-party providers
AI responses are produced by third-party providers that we do not control. Their availability is not guaranteed, and your use of their outputs may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
9. Your content
You retain any rights you have in the prompts you submit (“Input”) and, as between you and us, in the outputs you receive (“Output”). You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your Input to the AI providers and to store the conversations you choose to save, solely to operate the Service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit your Input and that it does not violate these Terms.
10. Plans, usage limits, and payment
The Service offers a free tier and may offer paid plans. Each plan has usage limits, which we may change. If and when you purchase a paid plan:
- fees are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor;
- paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel before the renewal date;
- you may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period;
- except where required by law, fees are non-refundable;
- we may change prices with reasonable advance notice; and
- you are responsible for any applicable taxes.
The Service is currently in a free beta; paid billing terms apply only once paid plans are made available to you.
11. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual-property terms) will survive.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or of AI outputs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quorello and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quorello and its operators from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/region], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there, except where prohibited by applicable law.
