We're small, focused, and building deliberately. Quorello is a Swiss-built B2B product with a simple conviction: professionals shouldn't have to bet a high-stakes decision on one AI's blind spots. We'd rather stay lean and get the details right than chase growth for its own sake.

How we work

A small team means every decision is visible and every contribution matters. That shapes how we operate.

• Small and senior. We keep the team compact and hire people who can own a problem end to end, from the ambiguous question to the shipped, verified result.
• Quality over quantity. We'd rather ship one thing that's genuinely right than five that are roughly right. Fewer, better features. Fewer, better people.
• Privacy and honesty first. These aren't marketing lines here — they're constraints we design against. If a claim isn't true, we don't make it. If a feature can't respect user privacy, we don't ship it.
• Remote-friendly. We care where you can do your best work, not which chair you sit in. Suisse-romande and DACH time zones are a natural fit for how we operate today.
• Ship and verify. We put things in front of real usage, watch what actually happens, and fix what we learn. Opinions are cheap; verified behaviour isn't.

What we care about

The product only works if the people building it believe in what it's for. We look for people who genuinely care about:

• AI neutrality — cross-checking models from independent providers, and surfacing disagreement instead of hiding it. A single-vendor tool structurally can't do this; that's the whole point.
• Privacy — treating a customer's question as something to protect, not something to mine.
• Doing right by professional users — fiduciaires, experts-comptables, Steuerberater, small law firms, consultancies, and compliance teams trust the tool with sensitive questions. They deserve a product that's honest about what it can and can't do.
